We are hosting invite-only virtual hiring events throughout July. We have Space Software Engineering opportunities across Colorado, this event is specifically for our Aurora, CO site. Our opportunities range from entry-level to senior staff. After this one interview, we will be extending offers.

*Application Development (C++ or Java)
*Ground Software
*Embedded Software
*Software Integration & Test

Position/Skills we are actively hiring for (Entry Level to Senior Staff):

  • Software Engineers, Software Developer Engineers, Embedded Software Engineers, Integration & Test Software Engineers, DevOps Engineers
  • Proficiency in one or more of the following: Java, C/C++, Python
  • Ability to obtain a DoD Clearance (Secret/Top Secret)
  • Level 2: Bachelor’s degree with 2 years of related experience, or a Master’s degree; an additional 4 years of experience may be considered in lieu of a degree
  • Level 3: Bachelor’s degree with 5 years of related experience, or a Master’s degree with 3 years of related experience; an additional 4 years of experience may be considered in lieu of a degree

Additional leveling positions not listed on requisition will also be considered. This Event acts as a placeholder for ALL Engineering levels. Entry Level (Level 1) to Senior Staff (Level 5).

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Active DoD Clearance (Secret/Top Secret)
  • Knowledge of technical approaches and findings while in support of all levels of the Software IPT, Development & O&M teams, Cyber Security, Systems Administration, SWCM Tools and Build teams
  • Experience with software development, the software lifecycle, build tools and processes (DevOps, Agile)

Salary Range: Entry Level Pay up to $234K

*Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
